Another dory the shape of another dory, and rescued three men were then struggling in the ■whirling water. Assistance arrived in ■fihe shap of another dory, and rescued the third man, but as they were dragging in Burns seas tore the dories asunder, and Burns sank. An excited crowd watched from the seashore, fearing that both rescuers and rescued would be overpowered by the heavy sea running.
