Joseph Chandler, David Dunbar, Cris. Marshall, Norman Hopper, and George Thomas were each fined 7s (id and costs for cycling at night without lights. His Worship remarked that cyclists seemed to have taken no notice of a previous warning, and that he intended to increase the fines until they do.
