SIR JOSEPH WARD APPROVES EARL GREY'S SCHEME. (Per Press Association.) -- WELLINGTON, March 9. Bir Joseph Ward, interviewed, express- ] ed himsel fstrongly in favour of Earl Grey's scheme for the establishment of a. Dominion House in London. He said a . visitor seeing th© present scattered offices of th© various overseas Dominions cannot .be so impressed by the greatness of the -British Empire and its marvellous resources as he would be if representatives and samples of products were housed in one great central building, where the public could not help seeing them. Sir Joseph Ward believed tihe Bchemo would pay the Dominions well to eecuro the advantages accruing by the position afforded by this ■ building. The practical combinations of different sections of the Empire would be advantageous to all amd contribute to an increased export trade of each Dominion.
