, ♦ — . RESCUED. , (United Press Association —Copyright.) NEW YORK, March 8. The crew of the Charlemagne Tower, which sank in the Atlantic, were rescued by a revenue cutter. Several were almost dead from exhaustion. The crew were approaching land in the lifeboat when they were driven off in a thick snow-storm.
