HAVE DONE
What the Wanganui bands have done during the contest may be giauged from the following:— . A Grade: First Test.—Wanganui Garrison, with 147 points out of 150, took, second place and £25. Queen 'Alexandra's Own, with 145 points, divjded the fourtlh prize £10 t with three other competitors. * —... * Second Test. —Wanganui Qarrison, with 146 points, took fourth place, antf won £510. . " Wanganui Garrison, with 293 points, ■was given second place in the aggregate, missing by three pointe the £100 cash prize, the Besson Shield, and silver medals. A Grade Quickstep.-yQueen f Alexandra's Own was sixth with 251£ points, and Wanganui Garrison was. eighth, with 250 points in this test.
