The Powers have presented a Note in* timating that they are giving Greece the islands she occupies except fenedos, Embros and Kasteloryzq. Greece must guarantee that they will not be used for military or naval purposes, and that Moslem rights will be respected. The transfer is dependent on the evacuation of the territory; assigned to Albania at the end of March.
