CHRISTCHURCH, February 13

A seaman named James Glynn, employed on the Delphis lost Shis life today. He fell from the staging while painting, and struck his ihead against a fender. He sank at once, probably in an unconscious state. The body was not recovered till two hours later, after extended- dragging operations. The deceased was a native of London.
