BIPLANES FOR UNITED STATES.
NEW YUM, February 12. Two biplanes, one for the 'army and the other for the navy, are being constructed at Los Angeles. The machine for the army is to be propelled by an eighty horse-power engine. It will have steel armour that can be taken off in a few minutes, and the machine be convertible into an TTyuroplane, adapted to alighting and "starting on either land or water.
