CHRIST'QHURCH. Dec. 15. At the Magsfjiraie's Court thos morning before Mr. >\ Bishop, S.M., Ernest Walter '. Wood was charged with the theft of £49 Ms., the property of W. Brittenden. and Sons. Chief Detective Bishop said that this was another of the Customs, en SOS. He asked that the accused should be remanded to appear with other accused on Wednesday, the 17th inst. The Magistrate granted this and gave bail, accused in £250 and one surety of £250. Bail was immediately forthcoming.
