Summary.—The barometer rose everywhere on Sunday, aud moderate io t-trong southerly winds prevailed, with, cloudy and wet weather. Forecast — Present indications . are for variable winds, moderate southerly predominating for a short time, with cool and changeable weather, cloudy and foggy conditions at times, with drizzling showers in many parts of the country. Th-3 I>arometer is low and unsteady, and a further fall is anticipated before any decided rise takes place.
