Mr. Redmond, in a communication to the Press in reply to Mr. Balfour's pamnhlet. says Mr. Balfour's /uvision to do nothii?g for "Home^Rule" follows on the twice-recorded decision of the House of Commons in its favour, and tho declaration of a section to HFcr iarmerl resistance. Mr. Baliour'.s dialectics do not touch the realities in tho event of four-fifths of the Irish peoplo deciding to. assume arms in order to claim the settlement which the lepresentativo House offered.
