Tho Storm arrived here yesterday after a tempestuous passage from Lyttelton. She sails for Lyttolton, Timaru, and Oamaru to-day. The' Breeze is loading for Wanganui at South Island ports early next Aveek. Captain Corby, late of the Arapawa. is at present relieving on the Holmclnle. Mr. C. Thompson, late mate of tho Arapawa, has been appointed master <~f the vessel, vice Captain G. Corby, who has resigned. Mr. J. J. Smith has taken Mr. Thompson's place.
