WELLINGTON, Dec. 12. iSailed : Stormbird, s.s., 4.45 p.m., for Wanganui.
So satisfactory is the construction of tbo new Tyser liner Star of Victoria proceeding now, that tlio owners have been able to arrange her place in the time-table. A cable states that the vessel, which will be commanded by Capt. Bock, will leave London on. Feb. 15 for Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand ports. The Storm sailed from Dunedin on Tuesday afternoon for Lyttelton and Wanganui, her despatchh aving been hastened appreciably through the efforts of the Dunedin agency staff, whose members took a hand in loading the vessel whilst sh© was at the wharf.
Freeman 11. Jackson and Co., local agents for the Shaw Savill and Albion Uo. are now m receipt of advice that their time-table has been revised, and full; particulars of-the altered sailing dates are notified in oitx>"columns. These dates: are subject^ to. alteration without nonce, but should any- alterations, be necessary "tifey wilfbe advertised as ear;.y as possible. . "
