Judgment was 'given, for) Formby with costs in his action for £600 per annums ettled on. him by Hillwood. (Hugh Formby, a well-known athlete, and formerly tutor to Mr Samuel HillAvood, M.P.j sued Mr Hillwood for £600 per annum, which Mr Hillwood Bettied on Formby in 1900 to enable him to marry. HSlwood's income is £15,----000. Formby admitted that in. 1905 he inherited an estate valued at £46,----600. Hillwood pleaded undue influence also that the inheritance invalidates the settlement.)
