The Cabinet's statement as to its policy does not mention the' 50 million loan. It promises shortly to announce measures intended to meet the situation an dintends loyally t oenferce the three years' military service. Received 12-10 a.m.. Dec. 13.
PARIS, Dec. 12
M. Oaillaux announced that the loan (whichjwas the cause of the late Government's defeat) has been withdrawn, but the Government intended to reserve the resources of the country for the country's loans before considering outside loans.
