LONDON, October 6

Annie Kenny was dramatically rearrested under the Cat and Mouse Act at a militant suffragette meeting at the Pavilion Theatre. The instant she began her speech detectives rushed the platform, and hustled her out after ft fierce struggle. Detectives barred all oxit.j. They then motored her to Holloway, after a second melee in the street. The audience was at a great pitch of excitement, and uttered loua execrations.

Two hats and a walking stick were captured from the detectives and s?ld by auction on the platform. Six women and two men. including a clergyman, were arrested for obstructing the detectives.'
