FEILDING WOOL. HIDE AND SKIN SALE.
Mr Hugh Roberts reports as follows: At my usual monthly sale held on Friday, there was a full attendance of buyers; a, full catalogue was submitted; competition for all lines was very keen, prices being full equal to last Riale rates. Hides and sheep skins (if anything) were slightly dearer; salted skins were in strong request, our best; lines making from 8s 2d to 8s 9d.
■Wool.—-Crutchings 7s to 7sd; oddments : fleece B|d, dead B£d to 9£d, black 7M.
Sheepskins: Oosbred, three-quarter to full wools PM. ditto half to threequa.rter Bd, half-wools 7Jd, hoggets 7'd, shorts 7d, dead and h-roken 6^d to 7d; nart dry and green, at each 5s 9d to 9s 6c!.
Hides: A.B. ox 8W to S|d, ditto now 81d t-o S 3-Bd, 0.8. cow Bd. pettlers* ox 7|d. ditto cow 7 l-8d to 7|d. ditto pro-Mi 6 7-Sd, cow Touch and slippy fi 7-Sd to 7d ; stao; s|d, horse hides 3s to 10s fid each; yearlings 7jd, ditto out (}£d. ditto ronih and slinpv sfd to fi 1-Rd. on If 10 7-Sd to 113 d. henvv lHd. cut Bd. rough/ and «lippv C 7-8 dto 9id.
