Mr Hugh Roberts reports as follows: At my usual monthly sale held on Friday, there was a full attendance of buyers; a, full catalogue was submitted; competition for all lines was very keen, prices being full equal to last Riale rates. Hides and sheep skins (if anything) were slightly dearer; salted skins were in strong request, our best; lines making from 8s 2d to 8s 9d.

Sheepskins: Oosbred, three-quarter to full wools PM. ditto half to threequa.rter Bd, half-wools 7Jd, hoggets 7'd, shorts 7d, dead and h-roken 6^d to 7d; nart dry and green, at each 5s 9d to 9s 6c!.
