(Times —Sydney Sun Special Gables.) MONTREAL, Sept. 11. There is a general feeling of relief at the prompt action of the Minister of Justice over the deportation of Thaw. The Minister says that he acted simply with a view to carrying out the -law. He intended to prevent Canada being made a dumping ground for undesirable citizens from other countries.
