(Times—i Sydney Sun Special Gables.) Received 8 p.m., Sept. 12. , BERLIN, Sept. 12. Addressing the Pail-German League at Bresjaii,. General Keim declared that the policy of the league was to develop an instinctive land hunger ..among the masses into a clear and resolute determination to secure for the nation what it needed for its existence. It must demand a share of Asiatic Turkey and never waive its riehts to a share. The Portuguese colonies would support the German race in Africa. Only if the national antagonism of the Boer to the British were kept alive could the Germans hold their own/against British expansion.
