At tho monthly meeting of tho Bulls Town Board (Mr. J. E/ AValker presiding), Mr. Mansell, who had boon deputed to" inspect the instruments of the Town Band, gave a very satisfactory report, tho instruments, ho so id, being in excellent condition. Tho meeting authorised tho clerk to express to tho band tho Board's gratification at tho satisfactory state of affairs. It was resolved that 3>h\ John Steven r; bo informed that some years ago tho Board agreed to buy tho property on which the Board's office stand.s. and had paid .i deposit to Mrs. Abbott. They wero still waiting her completion of iho transaction. Accounts amounting to £68 18s. 9d. wero passed for payment. Tho insurance of the Post Office clock was mentioned, and it was decided that tho Clerk write to tho Chief Postmaster about tho matter.
