IMPORTANT SUBDIVISIONAL LAND SALE.

On Mrwlpv next, tho 28_th inst., Abraham and Williams, Ltd.. in conjunction with Messrs Dalgety and Co.;, will conduct one of the-most important land saies ever held in the llangitikei distiist.. when they will offer for sal e -by public auction the fin e estate of A. H. Bryce, Esq., comprising some 573 acres of excellent dairying, fattening nnd cropping land, being a port of the farfamed Fern Flats, subdivided into seven very handy farms ranging in area from o? to 113 acres. This estate has been in tne possession of the Bryce fn-mily for over 50 years, and this is the first time H has been offered for sale to the pvhJic. Mr Bryco, who is a thoroughly practical man, has most faithfully farmed this property, thn whole of which has been ploughed, ond mostly put down m pasture.
