HEAVY RAIN IN OTAGO. (Per Press Ascnpiation ") , T . DUNEDIN. July 21. Heavy ram has been falling'locally sine* Sunday night, and is causing some uneasiness m th© Taaeri and farmers 1 W removed most of the stock in case of flood. Word received from Middlemarch this evening was to the effect liuu the creeks were running full and the river was fairly high and still rising. Ine .cam, however, was not severs and as the weather had become oolaer, a serious flood was not anticipated. ;
