HASTINGS, May 1. Charles Flanders, aged.. 19, met ■with a fatal' accident .whilst duck shooting this morning. The cfeceased slipped when crossing' a. deep drain, and tried to haul himself out by pulling the trig-ger-guard against the bottom wire of the fence alongside. The gun exploded, •and the chrtrgo lodged in his neck, death being instantaneous.
