REINSTATEMENT OF DISMISSED MEN DEMANDED.
AUCKLAND. April 30
The Huntly Miners' Union iast night decided to nuike another application to the" directors of the Taupiri mines for the 'roinstat&mcnt of the dismissed men, and if they' c-et no satisfaction, to cite the company before the Conciliation, Beard with a view to having; the men .reinstated and showing that thoro had been victimisation by tho company: Thero was no talk of a strike. A. levy of one shilling: per mmi was struck ta support the dismissed men.
