" THE SATISFACTION " CARS— E.M.F. AND FLANDERS. It would be a waste of good advertising space for us to say sweet and beautiful things about the E.M.F. and Flanders care if people we sold them to different stories. But the owners of these cars think as highly of them as wo do, and their opinions as given in letters to us are more valuable than any claims we might make. Here are a few extracts from recent letters:— Mr G. B. Starkey (Omohi) says he has run his E.M.F. Thirty 3,500 miles, and found it very satisfactory, and that he has had, no trouble whatever with the engine." The big power enable him to "run from Waikari to Hurunui sind back on top gear with passengers in the car." Mr J. G. McDonald, the weil-known auctioneer for Pyne and Coy., says his work takes him. all over the worst country roads in Canterbury. His friends tried to persuade him not j {■:• buy an American car. However, he bought a 20-h.p. Flanders and has "liad every satisfaction with engine and tyres and petrol.consumption." If there were no more of the breed left in the country I would not sell mine for any price." Mr W. L. Dodge (St. Albans) says "he is well satisfied" with his Flanders. He !ms fotind it "powerful on hills and fast" and "economical on both petrol f.nd tyres." During a trip through Central Ota go Svith four up he "even did not havo a spanner out of the kit. v/hich I think good for si 700 mile trip." There are other nice letters we have not quoted from, but the essential point is that these gentlemen like all other I'.M.F. and Flandor users are well satisfied. We have just landed a shipment of Flanders' cars. The four seatere sell at £295. two sealer at £275. The five neater E.M.F. sells at £375. If it is Picture Framing, or Artists' Material, wo have it. Tingey and Co., Ltd. COW COVERS. It's a short-sighted policy not to rug your cows this weather. Rugged cows giro best returns.
