At the Commercial Travellers' Conference to-day, ia lengthy discussion took place as to whether "the Dunedin Association should not affiliate with the two .northern associations, and make ono association for New Zealand. It uas ultimately resolved to recommend the Dunedin Association to join the Federated Association of New Zealand

m the best interests of the commercial travellers of New Zealand.

Mr J. Cornish (Victoria) was elected president.

The conference has concluded its sitting.
