(From our Travelling Reporter.) WAVERLEY, March 3. The statutory half-holiday was established at Waverley on Saturday, and the majority of shop-keepers feel convinced that the change is going to be one for the good of all, and that it was a move in the right direction. The Saturday half holiday movement is unquestionably spreading all over the Dominion, and Waverley shop-keepers are to be congratulated that, they have given a good lead to many towns of greater size. • - .
