WANGANUI AMATEUR MUSICAL AND DRAMATIC SOCIETY.
The first rehearsal for "The Geisha" will be held in the Assembly Hall, opposite the Court House, to-morrow night at 7.30. It is desired to have a full attendance of those taking part. There is room for several male voices in the chorus, .and the secretary will be pleased to hear frojn those willing to take part. We understand the society has purchased the scenery and properties from tho New Plymouth Operatic Society, and as their production of "The Geisha" was magnificently staged, we i ri%ri lk(ok tflor tsometYfmg pupp'rfilbfr 8n the way of mounting.
