THE WATERSIDE WORKER'S FUNERAL.

The watarsiders observed & holiday until one p.m. on the occasion of the funeral of Charles Clyne, a. member of the Uirion, w,hf> was kfrJad on tlte wharf. Work was punctually in the afternoon. The only steamer seriously df&layed is the. 'Eibsiamoiid, which will not get away till noon on Thursday.' The watersider s have notified shipowners that in future if one of their number is killed while at work tho whole union will observe a full day's holiday on the occasion of the funeral.
