THE CASE OF HUGH TREVANION.
(United Press Association.—^Copyright.) LONDON, January 27. At the Trevanion inquest, witnesses testified that Trevanion once confessed that he had taken enough veron&l to kill two men. He decided in 1911 to make Roe legatee, instead of his brothers:
Miss Geneste, Trevanion's governess, gave evidence that Roe was an officer on the Ofotava. in which Trevanion went to Australia in June, 1906, returned in 1907.. and lived in her bous«, where Roe frequently visited him* Lamb, a solicitor, testified to. the circumstances xfnder which Trevanion gave Roe £10,000. He .believed that Koe was not told that Trevanion had mad© him residuary legatee to his estate; By a will in Juries 1912, Trevanion directed that Roe's cremated ashes should be nlaoed by the side of his own in an urn, He did not -wish his family to be buried hear by.
Received January 28. 11 p.m. LONDON. January 28. A doctor testified to Trevan ion's drug-taking habits. He did not believe he was addicted to uflinatural vice.
Roe isaid he had done much to wean deceased from his drug habiis. :
