Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on Marton sale, held on Tuesday :—
Wo Lad fair yardings of sheen and cattle, although not un to advertised numbers, owing to tlio wet weather. We have to report a good sale at the following prices: Sheep, wether hoggets 15s, fat ewes woolly £1 Os 6d 3 ditto ehorn 14s 2d, fat wethers shorn 17s sd. Cattle: Mixed yearlings £2 2s 6d to £2 7s 6d, culled 21s, 18-months eteem £3 lls, bulls 38s, £2 19s to £3 ss, heiFor i.n milk £S 10s. old cows in milk £3 los to £4 15s, forward cow £4 2s 6d, springing lieifers £7 2s' 6d, springing cows to £9 10b. A good entry of pigs sold well up to late rates.
