ADRIANOPLE SURROUNDED
VIENNA, October 31. Tho "Reiehpost"'states that the Bulgarian rieht wing; Luluburgas, war; n.t first repulsed j but the whole army afterwards advanced after violent fighting. Tho Bulgarians at Tchiflikeui wero driven back in a, northerly direction. The advanco of tho Eastern group has been delayed by thickly-wood-ed country and impassable roads. The extreme left marched to Strand ja, which is further east than the Turkish extremo right. Some columns have reached Skinderkeui, seven miles south-east of Adrianople, which is thus entirely surrounded.
