At the Federal Master Bakers' Conference, Mr. Allen (New Zealand) preeided.
Speaking re proposed combined action to reduno bakers' expenses, and thus seJJ bread cheaper, a Sydney representative declared that the- greatest combine* that ever existed war, the Trades Tl 'all. The master bakers of Sydney had to take, off their hats and say to tho workmen, " Would you mind coming to work to-morrow ?"
