CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 30. The departure of foreign military attaclms for the Turkish front has been postponed.

It is reported that two Bulgarian battalions were cut off between Kirk Kilisse and Visa, (and sustained heavy losses. The report adds that the* Bulgarians began the -attack along *the Ergene at noon

The Turks vigorously repelled them, and the battle is continuing with great violence. The Turks -are advancing.
