CONSTANTINOPLE, October 28
Tho commander at Adrianople lias issued a proclamation that tho soldiers, having heroically dono their duty outside tho town, must now defend tho town n« their fathers defended Plevna.
Military authorities declare- that Aclrianoplo is impregnable. Frequent sallies inflict heavy loss on the Bulgarians.
A portion of tho Adrianople garrison has retreated to Dimotika.
