(United Press Association. —Copyright.) Received 9-15 p.m., October 29. SYDNEY, October 29. Hart was committed for trial for the manslaughter of Foley by culpable negligence.

(A tragedy recently occurred at Darlinghurst. Mrs. Hart was showing a revolver to Harry Foley, a night porter, and, being unaware that it was loaded, laughingly pointed the firearm at Foley. The weapon exploded, and Foley fell dead, shot through the heart. The woman was arrested.)
