LITERARY SALAD.

A "Literary Salad" which was arranged for last evening by the St. Paul's Young Women's Guild proved very successful. Mrs. McKenzie and Miss Allomes were responsiblo for two pianoforte duets. "The Three Stages of Life," was admirably presented in three tableaux, thoso taking part being Master Russell and little Miss Read. Miss P. Mclntyre, and Mr. Geo. Clark, Miss F. Grant, and Mrs. A. McSkimming. "An Old Time Romance" also proved a pretty tableau— Misseq I. Buckrel.l and E. Allomes, and Mr. R. London taking the parts. Mrs. Armour and Miss Clemence were responsible for a, delightfully amusing sketch, while "The Three Old Maids of Lee" provoked plenty of laughter.
