I BERLIN, Sept. 17. General Yon Hausen, who commanded the troops which were defeated at tho recent German Imperial manoeuvres, is said to be about to resign his post.
His resignation is apparently due t-o tho sharp criticism o f his, tactics which tho Kaiser p7-onounced after the failure or tho mnnoeuvres.
