Mr Bonar Law, as the guest of .Nonconformist Unionists, alluding to the Government's refusal to accept an amendment giving power to the Irish Judiciary, said the Courts were always a terror to tyrants. If, j as Mr Churchill suggested, after Home i Rule was passed, there would be a gem- ' eral election before it became opera- j tive, it meant that the Government foresaw a defeat. Mr Law predicted that there would be bloodshed in Ulster before Home Rule became law, j and trouble in the rest of Ireland when . it was reversed. ' I
