LONDON, Oct. 28. Montenegrins have effected a juncture with the Servians at Sienitza. The Bulgarians occupied Ishtib unonjwsed.

An additional 80,000 Bulgarian reservists have been summoned to the army.

Advices from Constantinople report that the turning movement by the Bulgarians- towards Babaeski is developing.

Tho Porte is preparing for a winter campaign.
