Mr Elmer Dover, formerly assistant secretary of the Republican National Committee, has submitted to tho legal inquiry an alleged duplicate list of contributors to the funds of tho 115.')JPresidential campaign. In this list the financier, Mr G. W. Perkins is down for £50,000, Mr Pkrpont Morgan for £30,000. Mr Chauneey Dencw. Mr Harriman and Mr Geo. Gould for £20.000 each, and several others for smaller amounts.
