Sir James Goodharfc, the famous surgeon, lecturing before the College of Physicians, said /thp.t pathology was constantly on the move.
The Latest phase of the science concerned itself with the functions of the body. A morbid function might cause a structural change, and the future of pathology must be physical.
The outcome must be the result of experiment and more experiment.
