CANADA'S PERIL.
VANCOUVER, October 25
The Hon. R. Mcßride, Premier of British Columbia, in a speech, said across the Pacific great peoples were awakening to new life. Perhaps in another decade China and Japan would be marshalled in order to threaten Canada's Pacific possessions. It was time Canada awoke to the peril and formed a regular Canadian army and navy second to none.
