SOFIA, October 26, General Savoff on Wednesday peremptori 1- ordered General Dimitrieff to take Kirk Kilissa by Thursday morning. The troops advanced with alacrity in brilliant moonlight., Successive positions were stormed with the bayonet, in tho nso of which the Bulgarians excel. Tko position at ten in tho morninp was untenable. Mukhtar Pash«i. Abdul Halem, and a portion of the garrison had already escaped to Bunahissar with a considerable amount of material.

At eleven o'clock the remnant of the garrison hoisted the white flag and surrendered.
