BALLARAT BAND CONTEST.
(United Press Affiliation. —Oomrieht.l ' SYDNEY, October 27. Twenty thousand were present at the finals of the Ballarat band contests. Royelle (New South Wales) won the championship with 188 points. Geelong Municipal Band, with 186, was second.
