AUCKLAND,. Oct. 25. At the Supreme Court, Leonard Lottcr, with a long list of previous convictions, was sentenced to six months imprisonment, cumulative, on ten charges of forgery, uttering, theft and false pretences, and was declared an habitual criminal. Robert Henry Keast, for indecent assault (two charges), was sentenced to four years on each charge cumulative.
Francis Cunningham, aged 21, was sentenced to ten years for indecently assaulting a male person.
