BRITAIN'S NEUTRALITY.
A DISTORTED REPORT

Mr. Masternian, replying to a. question, said his Bethnal Green speech had been distorted, as he carefully emphasised Britain's strict neutrality. (It was cabled that in a strong antiTurkish speech at Bethnal Green Mr. Master man had stated that if Britain had another opportunity of intervention sho must not, as in 1878, put her money on tlio wrong horse.)
