At two o'clock a quantity of furniture, removed to the mart for convenience of sale, will be disposed of. Veitch and Muir disposed of Mr J. Streeter's property in Oamgbell St. at yesterday's sale, and have* an advertisement of interest in another column with regard to two properties to be offered under the hammer on Saturday next at the Central Mart. Both are distinctly attractive in a different way. One is now (and must become more so) a, valuable city property, with a prospective value hard to estimate. The other is an ideal suburban home, within easy distance of tho town. Intending clients will be motored over to inspect, on application.
