(United Press Association.—Copyright.)
Received 9.15 p.m., Dct. 23. WASHINGTON, Oct. 23. Mr Marshall, the Democratic vicepresidential candidate, favours the inclusion of a plank excluding all immigrants who are likely not to amalgamate with the American people. Dr. Wood row Wilson is known to approve tho suggestion. It is likely that some effort will be made, if Dr Wilson be elected, to give effect to the programme.
