Mr. Perkins, examined by the Senate Investigating Committee, denied tho existence, of a huge fund to finance Mr. Roosevelt's pre-Convention campaign. Tho Harvester Trust and Steel' Trust had not contributed a singlo cent, toward': tho fund.
